MyChart saw consistent weekly downloads, starting at 154K in early January and peaking at 187K in mid-January. However, downloads gradually decreased towards the end of March, settling at around 145K. Weekly active users mirrored this trend, starting at 2.2M and peaking at 2.4M by late January before gradually declining to 2.1M by the end of March.

UnitedHealthcare experienced a significant initial surge in downloads, hitting 295K in the first week of January.
